Together with his wife, Pastor Grace Basola, Dr. Basola serves as Senior Pastor of Hallmark of Success Ministries, International, and The Entrepreneurial Church — A16, Victoria Nest Estate, Harris Drive, VGC, Lagos. They run with a mandate to raise Christ-centred believers who become the standard of success in their respective fields of endeavour. The ministry operates in Nigeria and South Africa.

The council serves as a network of accountability, empowerment, and collaboration for pastors, evangelists, and ministry leaders across Nigeria, South Africa, and beyond.
The Annual International Ministers Feast of Glory is the flagship event of the Flaming Fire International Ministerial Council — a landmark gathering where ministers, pastors, and church leaders from across Africa and the global diaspora converge to receive impartation, training, and fresh fire for ministry.
